The Toya is a floor-length maxi in crinkled fabric with a V-neck edged in ruffles, butterfly sleeves that flare wide at the forearm, and a fitted bodice through the chest and waist. The skirt splits high at the front and falls in tiered ruffles to an asymmetric hem that trails long at the back.
