The Meralda is a strapless maxi dress in soft, crinkled chiffon with a blue floral print, a fitted empire waistline, and a pleated bodice that releases into a full, layered ruffle skirt with an irregular, high-low hem finished in dimensional floral appliqué. The trumpet silhouette flares dramatically below the waist. One ruffle, full presence.
