The Katie is a V-neck cold-shoulder blouse in lightweight, textured fabric with a beaded ethnic embroidery panel running down the chest and a tasseled tie at the hem. The cold-shoulder cutouts leave the upper arm bare while flare sleeves fall loose at the elbow, and the fabric drapes soft and unstructured through the body. One blouse, zero effort, full presence.
